Tamy Frawley

Survivors include her husband, Jerry, 2 daughters, April and Kelly, and 1 son, J.J., all of Monticello, her father, Billy Wilson, 2 brothers: Mitch Wilson and Shane (Dianne) Wilson, 3 sisters: Darcy (Steve) Kraus, Tori (Gary) Manternach and Shar (David) Welter, all of Monticello, and her Grandmother, Bernice Nehring of Marion. She was preceded in death by her mother, Charlotte Wilson. Tamy was born December 4, 1958, in Monticello, the daughter of Billy and Charlotte (Torrey) Wilson. She graduated from Monticello High School in 1977. On December 29, 1986 she married Jerry Frawley in Long Beach, CA. Living there for 12 years they raised three children April, Kelly and J.J. In 1997 they relocated back to Monticello. She enjoyed the outdoors, gardening and spending time with family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice of Mercy.
