Steven Wroblewski

MONTICELLO, IOWA Steven L. Wroblewski, 64, of Monticello died Thurs. Dec. 31, 2015, at Crestview Acres in Marion after a brief battle with cancer. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 6, 2016, at Oakwood Cemetery in Monticello. Kramer Funeral Home is assisting the family. Steve was born July 24, 1951, in Peoria, IL the son of Ruth Ommen-Wroblewski and Donald Wroblewski. He graduated from the Anamosa High School with the Class of 1970, and was a self-employed doing lawn care for the elderly for nearly 40 years in the Monticello area. He enjoyed researching genealogy and tracing the family history. Steve is survived by 2 siblings: Starr (Daniel) Porter of Monticello, and David (Cindy) Wroblewski of Cedar Rapids; numerous nieces and nephews of 3 generations; an aunt, Helen Dirks of Monticello.
