Steven C. Rutz, 78, of Farley, Iowa, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2026, at his home surrounded by his family.
Visitation will be held from 3 - 7 p.m. on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at Kramer-Morris Funeral Home in Dyersville, Iowa. Visitation will continue from 11:30 - 12:30 p.m. on Friday at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Dubuque, Iowa.
Memorial service will begin at 1 p.m. on Friday, January 16, 2026, at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Dubuque, Iowa. Burial will be held at a later date.
