MILTON, WISCONSIN WORTHINGTON, IOWA Stephen P. Kelly, 68, of Milton, WI, and formerly of Worthington, Iowa died Dec. 2, 2014, from an apparent heart attack at his residence. A private family burial will be conducted by Kramer Funeral Home at St. Paul Cemetery in Worthington. Rev. Jeffrey Dole will officiate. A celebration of Steve's life for family and friends will be held in Fort Atkinson, WI at a later date. Steve was born December 30, 1945, in Dubuque, Iowa the son of Urban and Mary (Skahill) Kelly. Steve was a Captain in the Army at Fort Sam Houston, Texas in the Medical Instructor School, teaching medics for tours of duty in Vietnam. He graduated from Mount Marty College, South Dakota with a degree in Anesthesia, and a degree from Alexanian Brothers School of Nursing, Chicago, IL. His career as a nurse anesthetist spanned 40 years in Illinois and Wisconsin prior to his retirement. He had a passion for golf and football. Steve is survived by his three sisters: Janet (Wayne) Mormann of Dyersville, Nancy (Mike) Ouverson of Worthington, Debra (Gary) Kelly of Davenport, a sister-in-law, Dawn (Dave) Schiel of Johnson Creek, WI, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved brother, Ronald Kelly.
