Mary Boge

Survivors include her husband, Pete; 5 sons, Steve (Marie) of Clear Lake, IA, Ken (Terry) of Crawfordsville, IA, Bruce (friend, Sue) of Garland, TX, Brian (Donna) of Dyersville, IA and Neal of Garland, TX; 3 daughters, Judy (Tom) Wilhelm of Dyersville, IA, Marla Schmitt of Mason City, IA and Beverly (Bob) Engelken of New Vienna, IA; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren, and 4 foster grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by a grandchild, Kyle Boge, a son-in-law, Bruce Jacobs, and four brothers, Cyril, Larry, Marvin and Donald Huberty. Mary was born June 10, 1921 in Dyersville, Iowa the daughter of Jacob and Frances (Grawe) Huberty. She graduated from Xavier High School in 1939. She married Eugene "Pete" Boge October 21, 1944 at St. Francis Xavier Church in Dyersville. Mary was office manager at Ideal Decorating for many years. She loved quilting, playing cards, fishing and camping with Pete.
