Josephine Handke

Josephine R. (Hansel) Handke, age 87, of Guttenberg, IA, died Tuesday, September 21, 2010, at Guttenberg Care Center. She was born the daughter of Phillip and Lillian (Dingus) Hansel, February 7, 1923, in Elkport. Josephine received her education locally and was a homemaker for many years. On December 29, 1957, she was united in marriage with Raymond Handke at the United Methodist Church in Guttenberg. Survivors include her husband, Raymond; two sons, Raymond (Bonnie) Handke Jr. and Bruce Handke of Guttenberg; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
