Joseph Sellner

Joe was born on December 11, 1931 in Earlville, Iowa, the son of Leo and Agnes (Roling) Sellner. He farmed north of Earlville and worked construction for most of his life. Survivors include his children: Diane (Mark) Bockenstedt of Dyersville, Mark Sellner of Manchester, Linda (Bob) Digman of Earlville, Sharon (Ron) Oberbroeckling of Dyersville, Pat Sellner of Earlville, and Carl (Jennifer) Sellner of Manchester, 10 grandchildren: Charlie, Becky, Molly, Jayme, Travis, Adam, Kari, Ashley, Dylan, Alyssa, 6 great grandchildren: siblings: Ed (Louise) Sellner of Marion, Jeanette (Fritz) Mescher of Dyersville, Lester (Ruth Ann) Sellner of Farley, Madonna (Joe) Fischer of Earlville, brothers-in-law: Roger (Germaine) Deutmeyer of Dyersville, Tom (Liz) Deutmeyer of Petersburg and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings: Lillian (Lawrence) Diesberg, Doris (Sylvarious "Ike") Wuchter, Lorraine Sellner, Robert Sellner, Gregor (Olive) Deutmeyer and David & James in infancy. Friends may call from 2 -8 p.m., Monday, January 31, 2011 at Kramer Funeral Home in Dyersville, Iowa where a parish scripture service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
