Jacob Thomas

Jacob M. Thomas, newborn son of David and Mariah Thomas of Worthington, was born Thursday, December 2, 2010 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, Iowa and entered into heaven on Wednesday, December 8, 2010. Survivors include his parents, David and Mariah Thomas, siblings: Joshua, Jeremiah and Justin Thomas all of Worthington, maternal grandparents: Jon and Barbara Ball of Caldwell, ID, and paternal grandmother, Rita Thomas of Cuba City, WI, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Jacob was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Melvin John Thomas. A memorial has been established in his memory. There will be no visitation. A private funeral mass will be held at a later date.
