Eldora Loecke

Mrs. Eldora K. Loecke, 95, of Tampa, FL passed away Nov 3, 2009. Friends may call from 4 - 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, 2009, at the Kramer Funeral Home in Dyersville where a rosary will be recited at p.m. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 9, 2009, at St. Francis Xavier Basilica in Dyersville with burial in the church cemetery. Eldora was born Jan. 31, 1914, in Dyersville, Iowa the daughter of Emil and Emma (Dyen) Kremer. She married Joseph E. Loecke on Sept. 28, 1946, in Dyersville, Iowa. Joseph was a photographer in Dyersville until their move to Tampa. Eldora was the Personnel Manager at Woolworth's in Tampa for nearly 30 years. She was a 60 year member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Court St. Rose in Dyersville. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; brothers-and-sisters-in-law: Ottilia "Tillie" Hellmann, Catherine Koopman, Louise Kruse, Andrew, Bernard, William, George, Elizabeth, Julia and Leo Loecke.
