Donna Mae Thein

Obituary Donna M Thein, age 89, of Guttenberg, IA, died Saturday, April 10, 2021. She was born in Guttenberg on April 3, 1932, the daughter of Edward and Elsie Winch. Donna received her education locally and on March 12, 1955 she was united in marriage with August "Augie" Thein at St. Johns Congregational church in Garber, IA. For many years Donna made a home for her husband and children but also worked various jobs in Guttenberg over the years. Donna entered eternal life leaving behind her 3 children, Sherri Furstenburg, Rev. Richard Meyer & Bruce Thein; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Donna was preceded in death by her parents; husband Augie in 2010; infant daughter Louanne; 3 brothers, Roy, Verdes & Edward Winch; 3 sisters, Betty Marovets, Evelyn Ferris & Alvera Winch.
