Colin Schultz

Colin Thomas Schultz, age 48, of Hampton, Minn. formerly of Dubuque, died Wednesday, September 14, 2011, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born on February 6, 1963, in Dubuque, Iowa, the son of Merlin and Coletta (McGrath) Schultz. Colin attended Senior High School and furthered his education at Loras College. For several years, Colin worked in the retail sales industry. On September 14, 1987, he was united in marriage with Jayne Rome. Together they were blessed with three wonderful children in which Colin greatly adored. Colin is survived by his wife Jayne (Rome) Schultz; three children, Tony, Emma and Elle; parents Merlin and Coletta Schultz; siblings, Michelle (Roger) Higley, Corey Schultz and Mira (Matt) Kukla and many nieces, nephews, friends and family members.A family memorial service will be held in Minnesota at a later date.In Lieu of flowers and all types of sympathy, memorials for Colin may be sent to 23450 Water St. Hampton MN 55031.
