Cecil Torrey

Cecil Torrey, age 91, of Guttenberg, IA, died Monday, August 24, 2015, at Guttenberg Care Center. He was the son of Fred and Esther (Miller) Torrey, born January 17, 1924, near Millville. Cecil received his education locally, farmed with his family and worked for Meuser Lumber Company for many years, On May 14, 1942, Cecil was united in marriage with Arlene Carrier in Independence, Iowa. Survivors include one daughter, Barbara Fessler and nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death his parents; wife, Arlene; one son, Keith and three brothers, Roy, Ivan, and Harold.Services are private. Service Information A service summary is not available
