Brayden J. Bagge

DYERSVILLE, IOWA

Our "Little Giant”, Brayden James Bagge, was born sleeping on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.

He was and will forever be loved by so many.

While we never will see Brayden grow up, show cattle or sheep at the fair, play sports, or get the opportunity to play with his big sister, he has made an impact on our hearts forever. From the moment we found out we were pregnant with Brayden, we knew he would be the best brother for Alivia to grow up with and the perfect addition to our growing family. Brayden was born to parents, Brian and Allison Bagge of Worthington. As heartbreaking as this loss is, we know that it is not “goodbye,” but “see you again later buddy”.

He is survived by his parents & big sister, Alivia; grandparents: Loras & Jolene Bagge, and Dennis & Kristina Purvis; great-grandparents: Bill & Carol Kast and Betty Purvis; aunts and uncles: Krystal (Eric) Callanan, Tim (Megan) Bagge, Nick Bagge, and Robbie Purvis. He is also survived by so many more friends and family who were ecstatic for another little one to join the family.

Waiting at the doors of heaven were Brayden’s great-grandpa, James Purvis; great-grandparents: Fred & Irene Hoeger and Jerome & Imogene Bagge.

“But Jesus called the children to him and said, ‘Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.’” — Luke 18:16

The family would like to say a special thank you to Dubuque OBGYN, UnityPoint Labor & Delivery, and other various UnityPoint staff for the quick, special, kind and loving care during the rough week.

At this time, a small, private service is planned.

Kramer-Morris Funeral Home (Dyersville, Guttenberg, Garnavillo, Monticello, Holy Cross) is assisting the family and online condolences may be left for the family at www.kramer-morrisfuneralhome.com.
