MONTICELLO, IOWA

Alexzander H. Foster, 20 of Monticello, Iowa passed away Friday, April 17, 2026, at Jones Regional Medical Center in Anamosa, Iowa.

Visitation will be held 9 – 10 a.m. Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Kramer-Morris Funeral Home in Monticello. Memorial service will commence at 10 a.m.

Alex was born November 18, 2005, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the son of Jerame and Stephanie (Lewis) Foster. He graduated from Monticello High School in 2024.

Alex found great joy in spending time with his friends and family, gaming, and being around his cousins. He showed gentle patience and quiet kindness toward his younger cousins, always treating them with care. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his father, Jerame; sister: Rebekah (Casey) McCann and their children, Maeve and Magdelynn; brother, Jerame Jr; maternal grandfather, Terry Lewis; paternal grandmothers, Ann Foster and Tanda (Brad Merfeld) Foster; aunts and uncles: Dennis Lewis, Shannon (Chad Kirchner) Lewis, Terra (Joe) Denemark, Andrea Coyle, Timothy Foster, Dezi (Shayne) Smith, Dustin Claussen, Kevin Lange; many cousins, especially Jude Foster and Mason Coyle; and several close friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Stephanie in 2021; paternal grandfather, David Foster; and maternal grandmother, Linda Lewis.
