Christina Pierce

Christina Anette (Heins) Pierce was born the daughter Milo and Ursula (Keilig) Heins, June 1, 1964, in Postville, Iowa. She died Wednesday, June 29, 2005, at University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City. Christina graduated from the Postville High School in 1982, attended business and accounting school in Calmar. She was employed by the Clayton Ridge School in the Dietary Department. On June 8, 1991, she was united in marriage with Paul Pierce at St. Pauls Lutheran Church in Postville, Iowa. Survivors include her father, Milo Heins of Postville, Iowa and mother, Ursula (Keilig) Heins of Benson, Arizona; her husband Paul Pierce; one daughter, Heather Pierce and one son, Andrew Pierce both at home; one sister, Angela (Kevin) Palma of Pixley, California; three brothers, Michael (Lisa) Heins of Postville, David Heins of Lakewood, Colorado, and Steffen (Jennifer) Heins of Minburn, Iowa; and paternal grandmother, Irene Heins of Elkader.
